Rural Bulgaria

I am still searching for a long term let, unfurnished, with some land and outbuilding or two, for myself, my 3 dogs (live outside) and my friend. Both single women. Would love something like a smallholding. Can provide references as both been renting recently. Need minimum of 3 bedrooms, 4 or more would be better. Able to get good internet access as work from home via internet and Sky TV (missed UK TV while living in Bulgaria). Ideal location would be South West, close to Pyrenees. Looking at Aquitaine down south or Midi Pyrenees, south of Toulouse. Need rental period to start July 2009. Would definitely consider renting with option to buy as ultimate aim is to buy in longer term, but currently need to sell properties in Bulgaria (available to exchange or part exchange) before committing to buy in France. And think it is sensible to rent in any area first. Could even offer small Bulgarian house in return for rent for a year or two.

I am hoping to view several properties around 22nd May as will be down that way for a week or so.

I would also consider long term let of somewhere close to skiing in the Alps. This is where I currently am so could come and view anytime from now. I am near Bourg St Maurice.

Please if anyone has anything suitable contact me as trying to arrange viewings and removals etc and time getting short. Or if you know an agent that deals with long term rentals.
