Can't really help, except to say that cranberries exist in France under the names of "airelle" or "canneberge". You might find sauce in the normal sauce department of any supermarket under these names. As for Paxo, I used to bring back packets from England, but I gave it up decades ago, when my French OH, and later, daughters, refused to eat it!
