TRA ARTC TAFE and all that bo....
I'm coming over to oz on a WHV while my 136 skilled visa goes through. I've applied for my TRA, so if and when this comes through am i right in assuming that I cant go for my ARTC until I have residency?
Can I save time by booking my TAFE course before i arrive in WA or do i need to take my ARTC to the licencing people first?
I need to be pulling some cash in asap when I arrive in Perth as i'm none too flush. Anyone got any advice how i can speed things up a bit or try and hurry up or beat the system?
I don't mind a challenge but this paper chase for sparkies gets a bit nuts, and there never seems to be any solid info.
Cheers all

Jamie I am sure you have to prove your a resident for the ARTC certificate.
You will still pick up work from some companys without your licence in Perth. But at a reduced rate.
