PEER with OSTR (vettesess)

PEER with OSTR (vettesess)
Hi all,
going on from my other thread has anyone just done the vetesess and got there OSTR and then gone straight onto the PEER course in Adelaide.
Has anyone done this for a SA licence and NOT had to do the gap training or the ARTC to get there unrestricted licence.
Or in short to get out of doing the gap training do you have to get a ARTC certificate from TRA.

I was on the ETL course with 4 Irish lads ( southern ) who all had TRA/ARTC and they had to do the ETL course because Peer had stopped taking people, Iam only going off what I was told by the Irish lads.

Spoke to PEER last week and they are still taking and will do with the OSTR or the ARTC.
Think the ETL is a Western Aus thing.
Anyone else confirm ?

Could well be minty, I think WA are a bit funny about the way people have been doing Peer and then applying for there A licence.
