This is a letter that was sent to the European Parliament asking for clarification as to wether the Cyprus government was acting against European Union law http://www.europarl.europa.eu/sides/...EN&language=EN
Apparently, the European Parliament answered in favour of European law, and this means that the Cyprus government must cease proceedings, as it goes against EU law.
Can anybody confirm this?
