Default medidcal advice

hi all,i,m new to the site.been out to Cyprus many many times and was stationed at akrotiri late 60,s early 70,s now retired.just come back from a most enjoyable fortnight in polis.
as we are both now retired we have talked about moving to Cyprus but the main stumbling block is my rheumatoid arthritis to which it took a long time to get prescribed the proper medicine which now takes the form of an infusion every 6 month plus a daily dose of prescribed tablets.
my question is how realistic would it be for me and the wife to locate ourselves out there permenantly and still get my treatment over there as I do in the uk.i,m sure there will be some expats who will be kind enough to give the answers.thank you in advance.
