Hi - first time newbie post - so please be kind.

I have the opportunity to work remotely for a UK firm. This would involve spending about 10 weeks (60 days) a year in the UK and probably 120-130 days working in Poland, Germany and Spain.

I am looking at spending the rest of the time, mainly October through May in Cyprus (or possibly Greece). I would probably be over the 183 days in Cyprus unless I engineered holidays to stay below.

I currently contract through a UK Ltd company and am likely to keep that - but will be liable for taxes in Cyprus, should I set up a Ltd company in cyprus and transfer price the work from UK to Cyprus.

Anyone in a similar situation?
