We lost our receipt we got at the Biometrics but came in with a certified copy of her passport, list of all old passports, all emails from VFS / Home Office and her Japanese ID and they allowed her to get her passport but they were quite strict.

Normal fees paid, did not want priority after hearing that it doesn't make much difference in speed.

In total it took 47 working days from bio to visa collection.
Normal fees paid, did not want priority after hearing that it doesn't make much difference in speed.
