14th Feb: email from HO of received docs
8th May: Refused as our lawyer didn’t announce a previous unmarried partnership properly
13th July we got married overseas
Spouse visa - priority
23 July: bio
9 August: emailed the Home Secretary
20 August: email from HO of received docs
4 Sept: escalated and that stated decision has been made
8 sept: email reply from the HO from the email to the Home Secretary stating our visa was issued on 31 August
13 sept: passport arrived with vignette
We got a YES!
