UK settlement visa processed within 2 working days!
After spending a month collecting, arranging, documenting, organising, checking, rechecking, labelling, copying, recopying and resorting all the necessary paperwork for my wife's UK settlement visa, we finally got it submitted last Wednesday afternoon, here in Singapore. Given that Thur & Fri were public hols for Chinese New Year, we were quite amazed to get the SMS yesterday lunchtime advising it was ready for collection. But sure enough within 2 working days they had managed to courier it to the High Commission in KL, approve and get it back, quite amazing service considering that it is officially supposed to take 10 weeks, but hey it did cost 800 GBP
