UK settlement visa - KOL REQUIRED INFO
I need this information desperately. I am going to apply settlement visa with KOL REQUIRED stamp. As you know we can get ILR straightway if we are staying out of UK and married for more than four years. When we go to UK, we have to sit for LIFE IN THE UK exam and immediately we can apply for ILR.
My question is:
Can we go to UK first on tourist visa and clear the exam. Come to your resident country and apply for uk settlement visa, also attach the life in uk test certificate and request them to put ILR straightaway with KOL REQUIRED.
Pls let me know if someone has done that way.
