Default UK SETTLEMENT VISA - ILE

ILE can be granted in situations where:

the sponsor has a right of abode/indefinite leave to enter and;
the couple have been married/in a civil partnership for at least 4 years and have been living together outside the United Kingdom during that time and;
the applicant has demonstrated 'knowledge of language and life in the UK' (KOL)
The following endorsement should be used:

D: SETTLEMENT: SPOUSE/CP: ILE

My confusion is that if i get this visa, can i get all the benefits in UK and i dont have to apply for ILR separately in uk.

I have also posted another post on this, but this post seems very clear.

It would've been nice if you had even said you would look for a job but in the meanswhile what would you be "entitled to..."...

If you have ILE then there is no need to apply for ILR - they are both permanent residency.

Why do you keep coming on here and asking the same questions over and over again?
