Hello BE,

I collected my wife spouse visa and passport today alhamdulilah 🎉🎉🎉 It took 17 WDs for the whole thing to complete.

I just want to thank everyone who helped us out and anyone who posted in this forum because they helped us one way or another!

Just one question, my wife spouse visa was not attached to her passport, they just gave us form for affixing the Visa.

Has anyone come across this before?

Hi, thanks for the reply, I attached a plain copy I found online .. basically its a separate paper with visa attached to it.

plz share little bit more about it. Whether it was spouse visa issued and applied? What is written on the letter advising you to affix visa and from where?

Hi, its a spouse visa, there was no letter advising to affix the visa.

I think I will just call the British embassy in doha next week and get clarification, because they issued it.

Sorry about that forgot to update!
Basically if you have passport from Taiwan, Yemen, Somalia, they will not stamp the visa on your passport as they don't recognize travel documents from these countries
Instead they will give you a form with vignette attached to it.
I hope that clarifies it.
