[Urgent] Financial Evidence for spouse visa
Hello,
It is my first time to ask question here...I am very worried about my financial evidence..
I have my cash saving of £62,500 in a bank in my home country for more than 1 year now. I am going to use that money as evidence when apply within UK.
It is in the form of deposit slips. When my family put the money in the account, I am not physically in my home country, so I cannot apply for a saving account.
So it is a Time deposit account and they cannot give me a 6 mo bank statement, but they give me a certificate of deposit. I heard that bank statement is a must though...
I can get the money out anytime with a valid ID before maturity date, but then the interest rate will then be lowered.
I have a declaration with my family's signature to say it is a cash gift.
So:
1) Is the form of cash valid?
2)Will the certificate of deposit alone be enough evidence?
3) The certificate is mostly in both my native language and English translation, however, the stamp is not translated, so would there be a problem?
Many thanks for your time and help. I am so worried right now ...
