Spouse visa renewal - both meet financial requirement
Hi all,
Applying for the spouse visa renewal. Both myself (U.K. national) and my spouse (US National) meet the income threshold alone, both working in the U.K.
In the application we’ve listed both our jobs. My employer has been not so helpful in supplying some of the required paperwork. While I think what they’ve done will be ok, I’m naturally worrying.
Given my wife meets the requirement alone, if there is an issue with my paperwork, would this matter? I’m wondering if they’d just disregard my stuff and provide the visa based on wife’s employment...
Any thoughts?

I would apply the KISS principle and just provide your wife’s paperwork.

Then as long has you have met the financial requirements minimum limit and have provided documentation to prove so you will be OK
