I hope someone could help me with my application for a spouse visa.

I am currently in process of applying for spouse visa for my wife, she is in Pakistan.

With a little research I understand that I will have to work out and prove edequate maintenance.


I am a British citizen
In receipt of carers allowance. £76 per week
I work part time. £137.5 per week
I live with my mom and brother, i pay £130 per month towards rent. (Tenancy agreement is under my mum's name)
the rest of rent is paid by universal credit for my mum
Council tax after deduction is £470 a year as my mum is on universal credit.
my brother pays the council tax and bills, he works full time earning over 30k a year.

Divorced from previous marriage
One child from previous marriage, child lives with her mother and I do not see the child, also mother does not want any financial assistance from me. (Do I have to prove this? If so how?)

Could someone please guide me on this and if I was ok to submit my application?
