Please could anyone kindly help me?
I have put together all the documentations that I need and while doing this I have been looking at the way to apply. I am trying to do this myself as the cost of a solicitor is very steep. This a family visa for my granddaughter to come stay with me (not a visit visa) in UK.

I went on the Gov.UK site and to my surprise, it looks like I can't fill in the VAF4A Appendix 1 form in the UK. It has to be done outside the UK?.

Please does anyone know which visa form to fill and can it be done from UK or what is the steps to put in my application? Child lives in Nigeria.

I would greatly appreciate the advise and how to file the form or steps to do it or if anyone has applied for a child under 18 what to do. I am a British Citizen and applying for her as had thought that I needed to fill out the VAF4A form appendix 1.
