Can someone provide me with a link to the UK's latest Spouse Settlement Visa Application website. The one where you can find out about everything needed to accompany an application and the actual application page itself.

Thanks for the links. Im a little confused because the first link seems to be referring to the UK citizen and the non-EEA husband already being in the UK when applying. Our situation is that...I will be in the UK for a couple of months before my non-EEA husband apples for his settlement visa while he is still in his country of origin.

On that link the second heading says if you are outside the UK. That is the one you need.
