Default Salaried and self employed income paid into same bank account.

Hi all

I'm my providing 6 months bank statements for my wife to move to uk with me.

I only need my salaried income to meet financial requirements, but I also have my self employed income paid about the same time as my monthly wages.

Do you think I need to mention what that income is even though I don't need to use that to meet the requirements?

Cheers

I suppose it depends on whether you've been declaring the self employed income for tax purposes.

You only need to show that you meet the requirements, providing extra information is entirely voluntary. I only provided bank statements (savings route) for the amount needed, the rest was none of their beeswax

Additional credits to your account over and above what you need to support a spouse visa are no problem. You could include a note that explains the extra credits, but I doubt even that is necessary.
