Your question would be best asked in the Moving Back to the UK - spouse and family visas forum. I have asked the moderators to move this post for you.

I have moved your thread over to our UK immigration forum. No doubt someone will be along soon to help you.

At £320 per week your girlfriend would only earn £16,640. The minimum annual income is £18,600 if she wishes to sponsor you for a spouse visa under Category A or B (salaried income) of the financial requirements.

Your wife will need to sponsor you for a settlement visa,
Read the following website carefully to see how you apply and what documents you need:
https://www.gov.uk/join-family-in-uk
You will need to provide financial, accommodation and relationship evidence.
Read the following document to see if your wife will qualify under the financial requirements. She needs to be earning 18,600 GBP per anuum to qualify with income. Savings/investment can be used too.

Lest i forget, the 320 she earns on the average is her after tax income. Am i suppose to calculate with her before tax income or after tax? Before tax is around 400 pounds per week. Thanks

You need to read the links SanDiegogirl gave you. The differences between categories A and B are clearly explained, you need to see which category applies to your girlfriend's employment.
