Default A quick question

I am on a dependant business visa and have ny residence permit as well there are still 3 years till i get my indefinite and passport. My fiance is on asylum and his asylum has been rejected if i get married before i get my passport would i be applying for visa all over again or how would it really work?

Not too sure just what you are asking?, is your fiance an asylum seeker who has been rejected for asylum? if so then you may find it impossible to get married in the UK as the authorities might well see it as a 'marriage of convenience' which is just being used to circumvent the asylum process, you really need BritinParis to answer this question as he is the authority here.

my parents are on a business visa and im their dependant so its a dependant visa

A Tier 1 visa of some kind then? Entrepreneur perhaps? Either way you wouldn't be able to sponsor your fiancé as a dependent. In fact if you marry then you will no longer be considered a dependent on your parents' visa. You would need to wait until you gained ILR and/or British citizenship before you could sponsor your fiancé.
