Default Options for minor residing in UK with newly registered UKC parent

My cousin is in a spot of bother - he's had ROA since 2018 due to his mother being UK born. His daughter, born in India, lives with him and his wife in UK, where they moved in spring 2020. He's recently registered as a citizen usking Form UKM. All these steps were uneventful. He'd like to renounce his Indian citizenship as required by Indian law, but it has the follow-on impact of stripping his child of Indian citizenship, effectively leaving her stateless. Are there options for accelerating his daughter's path to UK nationality given the circumstances ?
