Non-married cohabitation visa requirements
Hi all,
Immensely grateful for all the help and advice on this forum, as others have previously stated- we would be so confused and stressed without this place! I haven't found a post with an answer to how strict case workers are with non-married couples living together for under two years.
My partner (British National) and I (Tier-5 working holiday visa) are originally from Australia and have been in a relationship for close to 3 years now (un-married). He moved to the UK first, and I followed two months after receiving my Tier-5 visa. We have only started living together since I have moved to the UK to be with him (June 2015), when it was only my partner's name on a private lease agreement. 6 months after in November 2015, we both signed a Tenancy agreement for a lease on a new flat (currently 14 months).
We have documentation of numerous trips together, meeting each other's families, trips with families etc. However, we have no bills/accounts together only the tenancy agreement.
Could anyone give any advice/suggestions on how strict/likely they are to accept to above time frame of living together?
Thank you so much all for your help, immensely grateful!!!

Re: Non-married cohabitation visa requirements
You have to prove 2 years continuous living together in a relationship akin to marriage.
No leeway - it's two years minimum or your application will fail.
