You have to print it out and complete the sections that apply to you. I presume this is the latest version. Cannot find a more recent one.

Re: Marriage and the UK Spousal Visa
Hi all!
Excited to be married and ready to get this visa process on the way!
I've been reading about a p60...when does this come in? Where can I find this form?
Also, do both my husband and I need to write cover letters? What am I supposed to write about if I'm the USC entering in the UK?
Thanks!

It's a tax form, if you are employed you will receive it at the end of the British tax year, in early (April 5th). You don't need to do anything to get it, it just comes. It's basically a British W2.

The sponsorship letter should give brief details of your relationship to date, how you met, etc and how you intend to live together in the UK

Thank you, Pulaski and SanDiegogirl! I will be sure to keep it brief and to the point. I hate writing "fluff" in paperwork, so I don't blame them for not wanting long extensive cover letters!!

Still gathering everything...and I came up with another question. I had two 3 month Tier 5 work visas. Would I put those in my application somewhere? Or should I just address those stamps in my cover letter?
Thanks!
Thanks!

Re: Marriage and the UK Spousal Visa
Hello all! Update on my status. So I've applied and I'm going in for the biometrics appointment this week.
I've read a few posts about premium service or something about expedited shipping service. I thought that option would be in the application, but I didn't see it anywhere. Did I miss that option or is it coming up after this biometrics service? I will gladly pay extra! I just don't know where to do it. Ideas?
