latest depature date you can leave on uk spouse visa??
hi guys, hope someone can answer 2 question for me, I kind of know the answers but just one someone confirmed for them for me..
my wife passport/spouse visa turned up on 30/04/15 but the visa start date is 03/06/2015 to 03/03/2018(33 months), so we have just under one month before we can use...correct
also when is the latest departure date she can leave the Philippines, is it 03/09/2015. I am sure I have read 3 months from the start date 03/06/2015. which would leave 30 months plus a FLR extension of 30 months. this would would make add up to the 60 month 5 years, which is need to complete....am I correct
