FLR (M) - renting and no letter from landlord - issue?
HI all,
I am preparing my husband's application for FLR (M) which we will be doing via a PEO appointment later this monthly hopefully.
I am now getting that familiar knot in my stomach when I fret frantically over the final dash to compile documents...
As the title states; we are renting and I have this flat since 2008 from a housing association. I was given a letter for my husband's initial application to confirm he can move in but I am struggling to get them to send an updated letter confirming that he can continue to live with me for the duration of the extended visa.
My question is has anyone been successful in just providing the tenancy agreement? I can include more recent correspondence to show that we continue to live at the address (in addition to the requirement to provide letters) but would this be ok?
