extension of visa for child dependent of settled person
I got an ILR (Tier 1 five year route) in March 2015. My wife and daughter live in India and now they want to move to UK as my dependents. My daughter is 16 years old. I understand that if I apply now the visa will be granted for 33 months. By that time my daughter will reach age of 18. So how will she get a visa extension, as a dependent?

Do you realise that as you have ILR, you will now be under the same rules as Brits who bring a foreign spouse and children to the UK?
