Extend Spouse Visa
Hello eveyone
this forum was instrumental in helping me successfully apply for my Spouse visa in 2018.
Now I am hoping I can get help to apply for my visa extension. I understand I need documents showing co-habitation, will the following suffice
1. Joint
- tenancy agreeements
- joint bank account statements
2. Mine
- bank statement
- credit card statement
- Some work pension documents
my spouse
- bank statements
- phone bills
- water/utility bills
our residence
we were living in like london till oct 2019, but moved in with my in laws after an unexpected death in the family. We have tenancy agreements from our time in London, what would we need for proof of accommodation?
Financial Proof
-6 months Payslips and corresponding bank statements
- employment contract from Spouse employer
- letter confirming employment from Spouse employer
Relationship evidence
- social media images
- whatsapp chats
- marriage certificate
- pictures of our life together
English language certificate from an approved test centre
i am concerned that the proof of co-habitation will be insufficient, as we don't have joint bills, all the bills were in my husband's name and now that we are living with the inlaws, we only have our bank and credit card statements. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
thank you
