Evidence of UK job offer
Hi,
I have a question:
What evidence is required for a job offer in the UK in order to apply for the spouse visa?
I am in current employment in New Zealand since 2010, earning over £18,600 so will not have a problem getting evidence such as pay slips, signed contract from my employer.
My father is self employed and wishes to offer me a job back in the UK. What documentation would he need to provide? Would a job offer letter be sufficient to prove to the UKBA?
