Do you need TB test certificate when travelling after Visa 1st time?
I feel this needs a thread of its own. Too many contradictory answers in various threads.
After spouse visa has been granted does the travelling person need the TB certificate upon reaching uk airport?
In some cases the home office have not returned the supporting documents like mine.
Will a photocopy do?

The applicant must apply for a UK settlement visa within six months of receipt of the certificate, or they will be required to take the test again. When the partner visa holder arrives in the UK it is essential that the certificate is presented to the interviewing UK Border Agency (UKBA) officials on arrival, so it must be kept handy in a pocket or hand luggage.
