Dependents ILR - WTC/CTC & Child Benefit
Dear Experts,
Pls advise.
My ILR was approved in April'16 under Tier1 (Gen) 5 yrs stay, and my dependent wife and Child (born in India) is due to appear for ILR in 3rd week of this month.
Issue:
Once my ILR approved, I started self employment and claimed Working Tax Credit(WTC) and Child Tax Credit (CTC) on Joint names and Child Benefit(CB) on own name. Now the issue is, would that be a problem for my dependent ILR?
