Dependent visa

Hi,I made my dependent visa application last dayat vfs. Confusingly I made one question wrong. Its the family info section. There is a question whether i. Currently living with my spouse. So i gave it as NO. So the next question was address details. I gave my address instead of his present UK address. I already submitted it at vfs. Will it create any problem?
