Combining Sources of Income to Meet Spouse Visa Financial Requirement
Hello everyone! I've come across some questions that I haven't found any answer after searching online.
Financial Requirement:
By combining my sponsor's salary income (category A) and property income (category C), the result meets the minimum financial requirement (over 18600). I'm thinking also to include my sponsor's cash savings (category D) to show that she has strong financial supports for my application. Will it be unnecessary and might complicate the application?
Accommadation:
We will use my wife's (sponsor) father 3 bed room terrace house for the accommadation requirement. The hosue is rented on the lease hold under the name of my father-in-law. And currently only one household (my wife and her both parents and our tow kids in age 3 and 6) living there. We do have the lease agreement, but there are no detailed information shown on the agreement about the numbers of room and size of each room. My question is do we need to get offical housing inspection report in this case? Or we can try to get the interior floor plans of the house from local council?
Many Thanks!!! Any help is much appreciated!!
