British Citizen sponsoring his 16 Years old Son
Hi my father who is a British citizen ( living & working in U.K as well ) is sponsoring my younger brother who is 16 years of age and live in Pakistan.
He is filling the application online. At the end you need to select & submit an additional form as well (Appendix Form).
He wants to know which Appendix form he need to fill and submit? 'Appendix-01' or 'Appendix-02' ?
