Bank statements for FLR

Bank statements for FLR
Hello everyone, Imma head straight to the questions I have got so I was waiting for my July-august statements to come through post but they didn’t. Since it’s bank holiday weekend I decided to go print out in the branch. Barclays refuses to stamp it and says they are certified. I’m going to have to use them but I’m worried it would look weird because apart from last month all of the statements are posted and are colored and the ones I printed at bank are black and white.
Does 28 days rule apply to bank statements as well?
I have another thing going . Ugh the house mortgage statements that are sent are missing at house and we called the bank and they emailed the statements but the statements stated duplicate on them. Idk if that can be a concern? We are also submitting Land registry.
