The Settlement Priority Visa Service ensures that your application will be processed at the front of the queue. We aim to process Settlement Priority Visas within 15 working days from the date of your appointment at the UK Visa Application Centre.

yeah.. but what I don't understand is why they are not showing how long is taking.. https://www.gov.uk/visa-processing-times
shows everywhere but dublin
(for settlement)and I got an email from my lawyers saying that is taking 12-25 weeks...

From the Philippines
English test -April 21, 2017
Tb test - May 10,2017
Application online- May 10,2017
Submission- schedule May 24,2107 application send at vfs,Manila together with the biometrics as well
Email Sheffield that they received my application June 21, 2017
Which is I don't know why is it late?
And the others only a days after they send thier application?
And as of now nothing heard yet ,
Can anyone same as my situation?
I feel stress because I don't know what's going on to my application?
Even my husband british wait for the update of my visa...
This is really frustrating.
I do hope and pray that the time is worth to be wait .

I understand how you feel. It's really frustrating and upset at times for me as well. We can't do anything much because this is something beyond our control. Lots of people are in the same situations, I sometimes think It's not fair that we have to wait this long because the lack of staff or overload applications in Sheffield. Yet again, we haven't got much choice but being patient and keep ourselves busy while waiting.
We didn't expect it will be this long and it's getting more and more difficult both side, I am waiting here alone and my husband and my sons has to manage without me.
Let's try to cheer us up that soon we will reunite with our family again. This is only temporary and the process after this one will be less complicate and no more torture!

We applied and did biometrics on April 24th in Hong Kong. we paid priority based on the written declaration of 10 - 15 days. I chased our UK MP. Got a reply yesterday basically saying that 12 weeks is minimum target and only after 12 weeks can the case be escalated. truly disappointed with the whole process.
