2 jobs and savings route for spouse visa question
Hi guys, i need your advice about meeting the financial requirement for spouse visa UK. I am worried if i meet the requirement or not, my visa might be refused. please help..
I will be using 2 employment and savings route. the two jobs both hourly paid, salary paid mountly by bank transfer.
Job 1: morning job, 24 hours week, salary is £9,771.84 gross pay per year.
Job 2: Evening job 20 hours week, Salary is £8,143.20 gross pay per year.
both Job 1 + Job 2 = £17,915.04. thats 684.96 shortfall from £18,600 requirement.
for the shortfall i used this furmula:
£18,600 - £17,915.04 =684.96
684.96 × 2.5 + £16,000 = £17,712.40
so i need £17,712.40 savings for 6 months..I have balance over this for more then 6 months..however is it in my current account, same account were my salary goes in. Is this fine? does the money need to be savings account?
please advice. Thanks.
