Tips for getting shortlisted
Hi All,
Im a UK qualified Radiographer and have all my registration in place for Hong Kong. My husband is working in HK, so I have a dependent visa. Although currently Im still working in the UK and popping over to HK frequently.
I have applied for a few jobs in private hospitals were I thought I would stand a better chance due to only speaking English. I am learning Cantonese though..slowly. I have a senior role at home in the NHS and vast experience. I can't seem to get shortlisted for these posts.
I get the impression that HR seem to shortlist and not the clinical lead so I just need to figure out how to get past them.
I would be grateful for any advice to anyone who has been in a similar situation, regardless of job. Any CV tips for HK.
Thanks all
Sue
