Default St Kitts & Nevis Income Tax

Hi,
Can anyone please advise if there is any income tax in St Kitts & Nevis. Looking across the internet there are is so much conflicting information.

Most seem to say there is not however some sites do mention having to pay social security contributions, with anything over EC$8000 attracting a rate of 12% of income. Obviously I don't mind paying however having the full facts will allow me to negotiate the package.

If anyone can help at all that would be appreciated.. Thanks
