Early Childhood Educator needed in MB
Hello,
our daycare centre (20 spots, 4 for under 2 years) in Rossburn, rural town in MB, www.town.rossburn.mb.ca has following 2 positions open:
Early Childhood Educator II and III (director):
" We are looking for someone who has a diploma/degree in Early Childhood Education and salary would be based upon experience and training (an hourly rate of pay would probably be somewhere between $13-16/h for an ECE II or if we just happened to come across an ECE III their pay and responsibilities would be greater). Ideally we would like to hire trained staff but we might consider untrained staff to assume a CCA role if their experience and attitude was right for our organization."
Best would be a candidate already in Canada, as this job needs a recognition of credentials (isn't too bad though, one can start as CCA (childcare assistant) while papers get checked...is there something missing in the curriculum, bridging programs can help, which can be done in the local daycare).
Feel free to PM me as well.
cheers
Ilse
