My friends were due to drive from Aberdeen to Glasgow for a flight to Halifax in 2 weeks time. Now it looks unlikely as the options left are via London and probably also via Toronto which means that 1 flight each way now becomes 3 each way!!!!!! It's more than likely going to be too expensive for them to come over now

They booked using a credit card but I am not sure which one. However, they do have travel insurance which should cover them.
