As Biiink says BMI is a codeshare with AC so you will be on the same AC flight (AC861). PM or email me the details of when you are coming and we'll have to meet up!

£1,600 was price for 4 of us (3 adults as Liam is 12 and 1 child) incl. all taxes. We apparently saved £100 each by opting to have e-ticket rather than them posting tickets on. Just have to show ident. passport no at booking in. Will send mail to say when we are arriving. Would be nice to meet up. I have also lots of catching up with family to do as its been 12 years since I've been out and I guess lots has changed.

Believe it or not we haven't flown in 13 yrs and the last time was to Cyprus. Told Matt we have to be at airport 2 hrs before but he's insisting we get there at least 3 before. Talk about being :scared:

Definitely AC, BMI don't fly to Canada. You can tell a codeshare flight because the flight number will usually have 4 digits - i.e. BD1234 for a BMI flight operated by someone else. They'll probably also give that same route an SAS and Lufthansa flight number too, but it's all the same plane. Hope you're not disappointed if you specifically wanted to avoid AC! I don't mind them myself, but we often book AC flights as Lufthansa codeshares as they always seem to be a bit cheaper.

They were no help at all and said prices dependent on how many seats they sell - more they sell prices do up and could change within 24 hr period.
I visited St Johns, Nfld airport site to see which incoming flights they had and it seems AC and BMI are stated as different incoming flights. But you may ne right. Have flown AC before although not pleasant experience as flying on own with tiny baby trying to breastfeed in the centre aisle with great fat chap next to me who took up some of my room. Had basinet but every little bit of turbulence was told to take him out. Chap next to me not too happy with things either. That was 12 1/2 years ago so maybe things have changed a bit.

I have just got the most wicked offer and still pinching myself. Quoted £2,800 Air Canada to fly from Heathrow to St Johns, Newfoundland in Aug - this goes up on a virtual daily basis at the moment. A friend gave me a webside to see if that helped my search - check it out!

Through their flight checker got onto a site called Opodo.com and giving same dates etc. were quoted £1,600 flying with BMI. Could'n't stop myself had to buy at that price. I do hope BMI are alright though as I hanven't heard that much about them. Anyone who has used them in past would be interested on your views.
