We have just landed a job :eek:
so going lmo etc, but employer is fantastic, willing to wait for him, in someways we feel v.v.v lucky as the employer is doing a lot for us. yeah we was looking at ontario, mainly the flight times etc, but after our 2 weeks in alberta i must say i love it :eek: I think everyone is getting out that is why the house is still for sale :curse: There is a few more on here that either gone or are in the middle of things from around here, we must do a meet up sometime :ohmy: what line of work are you looking for?? gill |

Im a social worker, children's services but am newly qualified so as such don't know if i would be able to work as SW my hubby is Electrician. |

What type of electrician is he??
Has he sorted his stuff for his licence?? my OH is industrial electician, we have just done the stuff for the licence in alberta ;) Gill |

Hes domestic mainly, no he hasn't sorted licence , thought he would do it when we know for sure we've got in :unsure:

Why o why... People who are in the same boat, what shall we do? :confused: well after reading this news today we start thinking maybe we should re-consider the very low-unaffordable offer we got two weeks ago... or...second option : Rent But looking at all the accomodations in Vancouver doesnt help at all. small tiny apartments are quite expensive to rent. a bigger and nicer one would easily costs 1500 per month... |
