You speak for yourself, i've always looked after my teeth and gone to my Dentist regularly in the UK.

In britain people only do the minimal due to them on the NHS whereas in the US they expect to pay.

My first visit to a Canadian Dentist, 6 months after my UK one, and i'm told ALL my fillings need replacingmmmmmmmmmmmm I wonder why? wouldn't be anything to do with the nice fat cheque they'd get off the Insurance company would it? after all the Brits are renound for having bad teeth

Give me an NHS dentist anyday after all they don't waste time and money on unnecessary treatment.
I've tried 2 dentist here in 2 years and they both want to replace all my UK fillings with nice white ones, just for the sake of it. As i'm a dental-phobe i will not be returning to either of them for treatment.

Like I said there isnt a problem with the Uk dentists themselves!!! You obviously read my thread wrong!

Cheers, I think she is aware she can go to Oz or NZ but not really wanting to go that far from UK. Who knows, just looking at options I think?
