Yeah, I'd say 7-4 although it can go longer, depends. Office hours in Calgary are usually 8:30-4:30.

Where it sucks is during the winter.

More like go to work in the dark and 6ft of snow (you'll probably just beat the snow movers to it), and come home in the dark, 6ft of snow and a blizzard and have to leave the car running for 15 minutes before you want to drive it because its so bloody cold the windows are iced up froom the inside.
