Thanks for providing me with even more motivation -- as if I needed it -- to make heaps of money so that I can winter in the tropics.

Back to my Goal Genie software, to hatch more plots.

For anyone who is interested and who sees this message in time, Globe Trekker is going to feature Panama and Colombia on KSPS (the Public Broadcasting Service station out of Spokane, Washington) at 10.00 p.m. Mountain Daylight Time tonight.

BC Coast for 9 months of the year and Central America, Hawaii or Australia for 3 months. That's the plan, anyway.

Heh, Toronto hasn't even started the fall as yet, never mind winter. I'm assured it's unseasonably warm at the minute and the weekend is predicted to be sunny and 30 degrees.

It is a-snowing not in Richmond Hill. In fact, the pool is still open and I hope to have it used on Thanksgiving Sunday, when several folk of the correct demographic will be around.

Global warming seems only to apply at the Centre of the Universe, not Alberta. Ah well. I'm sure there's a paper or two in the idea.

Ah, another Alberta oilsands benefit. Alberta contributes to global warming & Toronto benefits with balmy indian summers? You lucky people.

May I recommend New Zealand (instead of Australia)? Much nicer climate, much greener, less rat race, significant South-African community and, well, the loonie still means something in Aotearoa
