I am Electronics Engineer from a Venezuelan University with 10 years of experience in Telecommunications, I am 33 years old. I hope I will be receiving the Canadian permanent VISA the next year.
My main worry about all this immigration process is the possibility of not find any job related with my field. So, I am planning to take a post-graduate degree just when I arrive to Canada, not only for professional and academic reasons, but also to get a Canadian degree that help me to find a job and meet other professionals in my field.
So, I am thinking about either an MBA or a Master in Engineering.
With which of these two degrees do you consider I would have more opportunities for finding a job?
What is the probability for finding a job with a foreign engineer degree and a MBA for a Canadian University?

Someone in other forum told me that, in order to find a job, is better to study a new career (maybe either a post-secondary diploma or a post-secondary certificate) than take a post-graduate degree. Because he told that although the post-graduate degree would be from a Canadian University, I would have problems to find a job in my field because my Under-graduate degree would be from another country.
Is this true?
I would really appreciate any advice.
Thank you in advance.
