Forget toronto and the snow.
Victoria - starting out quite beautiful - warm and sunny, but the time I took the dogs to mystic vale it was cloudy, windy and bloody cold.
Rain expected for the next few days and lower than normal temps - at least thats what the forecast said on the news.....
