oh well done hollis family..........that's fab news, especially in this market...
we're still waiting for ours to sell and it's a practical nightmare doing it all from here to there but fingers crossed, we now have a committed buyer, as aposed to a buyer who should be committed!!!!! trust me, bad bad buyers!!!

Where are you heading? The market does seem to be picking up in Scotland, have you got your house up for sale yet?

were heading to Ottawa, hubby has job offer there, just waiting on the LMO so we can submit the work permit applications.
Still in the middle of trying to get the garden and the decorating done so house isn't up yet, going to wait until the work permits are through first.
