WE HAVE SOLD THE HOUSE!!!
After only 3 weeks on the market, 10 viewings and three offers we have accepted an offer on our house for the full asking price!!! 
I feel like everything is just falling into place too easily so just have to hope that missives will be concluded quickly so that everything is finalised!!
It looks like things are really beginning to pick up in the property market again, best of luck to anyone else trying to sell at the moment.

Thanks for all your good wishes folks! I have my fingers crossed for each and every one you that are still waiting to sell. What a rollercoaster this has been and I am sure there are lots of highs and lows up ahead as we all start out on our Canadian adventures!
